Please note I can not book rooms for you, you must contact the hotel directly.
To take advantage of the group rates you must book your room before the monthly deadlines noted above.
The room rates fluctuate monthly and will be displayed when you log in to reserve your room.
Retreaters are responsible for their own meals.
- The Hotel currently offers a free breakfast buffet to hotel guests only.
- There is a Dunkin Donuts Coffee Shop in the parking lot of the LaQuinta - a short walk from the lobby
- If you are staying at the hotel there are microwaves and refrigerators in the room
- There are no public microwaves or refrigerators
- Retreaters can bring a small cooler for lunch/dinner into the sewing room
- We are allowed to order delivery to the hotel
- Springfield has some beautiful restaurants close by.
- And the MGM Casino is about a 5 minute drive with lots of food choices also
- Snack are welcome in the sewing room.

No problem, the retreat location is approximately 20 miles from the Bradley International Airport (BDL)
Cancellation Policy
- If either the LaQuinta Hotel or Lacire Designs cancels the retreat within 48 hours of any retreat start date you will be fully refunded. The refund honored can be either a cash back or transferance of your reservation spot to a future retreat. This includes severe weather conditions & state mandates.
- Any Individual's cancellation will be considered for full refund or reservation transfer, based on necessity and severity of the individual situation.
- Any Individual's cancellation, regardless of situation received 48 hours or less before our retreat start date are not eligible for a refund or reservation transfer.
