The Stella Bag from Cool Cat Creations is 14" wide at the top, 10" high and 3 1/2" deep while the matching wallet measures 9” x 4”. Make this adorable bag and matching wallet with 3 of your favorite fat quarters (or (3) ¼ yard cuts), we all have them in our stash! The lining uses 7/8 yard of fabric. The bag has a zippered top and divided patch pockets on both sides of the lining as well as a key fob. The matching wallet has a long pocket for cash, small pockets for cards and a zippered pocket for coins. Both bag and wallet use a one-sided fusible foam (or sew-in foam works too) interfacing as a foundation.

This pattern is also fat quarter friendly! It requires only a small amount of fabric and cork and/or vinyl add to the beauty of this bag too! FINISHED SIZE: The mini measures 8" wide and 6" high. The full measures 8" wide and 8" high. HARDWARE REQUIRED: All of the hardware required for this pattern is included in the Level 3 Basic Hardware Kit 1/2", or can be purchased individually. Also choose to add tassels, rivets, and metal strap connectors if desired. ZIPPER REQUIRED: This pattern requires (4) 12" single slide zippers. Wouldn't this make a beautiful block centerpiece? Let's use our walking foot to try this "quilted star" a bit off center but doesn't it remind you of Christmas?
You will need a walking foot for your sewing machine, a practice sandwich or a small quilt with big blocks - the supply list gives you a small quilt pattern for practicing walking foot designs too! We will even learn how to bury our threads for a clean look on the front and the back!
